Amish Peanut Butter

Ingredients:

1 C peanut butter
1 1/4 C light corn syrup
1/2 C marshmallow cream

Directions:

Blend everything together until smooth. Consistency should be like a very thick syrup - think molassas on a cool day.

Great on anything you would normally put peanut butter on. Personally, I love it on banana waffles or as a dip for brownies. Yum!

  1. I got my roommate from California a jar of this stuff from Amish Acres back home, he freaking loved the stuff. I concurr, it’s best on banana-type substrates. It’s pretty much good on everything, though! :)
