Hexic HD: The Prodigal Game

I bought my Xbox 360 quite a while ago. Last summer at some point. However, at that point, I looked at Hexic HD, didn’t really like it much and so I deleted it. Then I played some more at Shelby’s. I liked it. So, I went back to my apartment to download it since it was included on the HardDrive and was free. Can’t download Hexic HD from the marketplace. Ugh. I have tried to call MS Support before and lost connections etc. So I’m trying again. I went to the xbox forums and found some directions on how to get it back though.
1. Call 1-800 4MY XBOX
2. Choose “XBOX Live” and speak to a representative
3. Explain the situation, tell them about reading this on the forums and ask for a 25-digit code
4. Verify your information (have gamertag, e-mail, phone number, address, etc. [be prepared])
5. Ask for the request number and representative’s name. Wait for callback (24-48 hours)
6. If no call, call them and give them the reference number. More than likely they’ll have your code.
So far, I’ve gotten to number two. Customer support is unavailable and then I’m out. So tomorrow morning, I shall start calling again. Ugh.
