Waiting for a call
March 13th, 2006
It’s 30 minutes until my phone interview and i’m setting in my car, waiting for 2:00 to come around. I’m nervous in that new-things sort of way despite repeated attempts to console me by friends and myself. i think that it’s a good nervous energy but that i can easily change it to bad if i start to worry excessively about it.
I’m also a bit thirsty.
UPDATED!
After 57 minutes on the phone, the interview was over and i think it went great! I had a chance to ask some great questions (thanks jacqui) and i got some very good answers. It also meant that i got the technical test in my email box soon after and i am set to start on that this weekend. 7-8 pages of some difficult (some easier) questions on various programming topics, some design, some database, etc. I’m pretty happy because they are almost all at least familiar. Yay for familiarity with a broad base of topics. Hopefully i can do well and get to fly out to the east coast for some interviewing (and of course photographing!).

JsT is gone for the time being, b/c Register.com needs to let go of my name and release it back into the wild.
I hope your trip to Virginia is good! I wish I could come with ya! Good Luck!
