Charlottesville->Relaxation
April 7th, 2006
I am done with the interview and I think everything went very well. The questions were tough and i hope i made a good impression. It will just be a few days and they’ll let me know if i got the job or not. Crossing fingers… now
I went out after the interview for a bit of walking in Historic Downtown Charlottesville. Awesomeness. It was in the 80s for most of the afternoon with a nice breeze that carried the scents of spring. I could smell the lavender, flowering dogwood, and a host of other blooms and random things in the air. Charlottesville is full of history and life. There were people everywhere, walking and shopping along the stores around the city. The walking mall was great.
Finally, the history of America is everywhere here too. I saw the old courthouse where Jefferson had practiced law. There are old brick buildings all over. Old homes, just oldness and it’s great. There is great stuff everywhere. I loved it and i hope i can check out some more stuff tomorrow if weather permits.
